James Paul Kelley retired from General Motors in 2005 after 30 years of service. He started his racing cateer in 1987, by attending racing schools around the country.

2007 K.C. Jones and Bill Dempsey Jet Trains (Cannonball Express and Chattanooga Choo-Choo)
